| The Obama administration has identified cloud computing as a way to achieve savings in IT budgets across federal agencies and to address other challenges that have negatively affected IT implementations and citizen services. Cloud computing is now mandated for federal agencies and the particulars are laid out in the February 2011 “Federal Cloud Computing Strategy,” developed by the White House CIO, Vivek Kundra. | |
