Reed Racette, M.S., is a Change Management Consultant with GovernmentCIO's consulting practice. He has a master’s degree in Logistics Management and is ITIL V3 Foundation Certified.  Mr. Racette has over 20 years of professional IT and financial management experience.  Prior to joining GovernmentCIO, Mr. Racette served in a variety of positions in the private sector. Most recently Mr. Racette served as a financial securities consultant, managing nearly $300million in capital assets for M&T Securities.  He is an Air Force veteran, who once served as the Mechanical Engineering Project Manager for large scale facilities construction. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Logistics Management from Georgia College.
