Jason Gropper is a Vice President for Homeland and Cyber Security Operations at Kingfisher Systems, Inc. in Falls Church, VA.

Mr. Gropper has worked in Program and Project Management both within and without Federal Government for the past 15 years. He current manages a multimillion dollar portfolio of mission critical programs in National Defense, cyber, and intelligence. He began his career as a System Integrator with Northrop Grumman IT / TASC. His work involved Quick Reaction capability (QRC) rapid delivery of systems to the war-fighter and intelligence operations. After moving to the Department of Homeland Security National Protection and Programs Directorate, Mr. Gropper ran the IT and Cybersecurity Integrated Project Team (IPT) for the Office of the CIO and implementing Project Portfolio Management (PPM).He spent several years developing and instantiating the DHS SLC and best practice solutions for multiple large IT Systems within the component. After moving to support DHS Transportation Security Administration (TSA) preparedness and strategic Cyber operations in 2008, Mr. Gropper championed the creation of critical infrastructure program within the TSA and assisted in building a response, outreach, and strategic planning office. Mr. Gropper currently is assisting in developing corporate management best practices and implementation of Quality Control process across the organization.
