William Giandoni, SVP     

William Giandoni is a well respected strategist and thought leader for GovernmentCIO. Having consulted for both private companies and the federal government, Mr. Giandoni brings a unique skill set that incorporates industry standards and best practices within the confines of the federal space. Mr. Giandoni has provided training to hundreds of federal and private sector employees through GovernmentCIO and other training organizations. Topics have included IT Capital Planning and Investment Control, Enterprise Architecture and Project Management. Mr. Giandoni offered one of the first CPIC and EA Integration training programs in the country.

Kellie Rowden-Racette, M.S, is also an online editor and writer for the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association in Rockville, Md. She has more than 12 years of experiences as a journalist and editor, working for non-profit associations and trade publications. She has a master's degree in journalism from Boston University.

Samuel Weber is a seasoned Marketing and Media manager. Mr. Weber has developed and produced Marketing Campaigns for the likes of: The CDC, National Trade Associations and even to a global audience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Mr Weber received a B.S. From Nicholls State University and is currently enrolled in Georgetown's Nonprofit Leadership program.
